Finally, we are outside!!!

Last night was our first practice outside, and it felt sooooo great!!! We cannot wait to get our own practice fields, but just feeling the grass was enough to get the juices flowing. We are only a few short weeks from our first tournament! Check out our schedule, pack your cars, and come along to cheer us on!

Pre-Season Training.

At least 2x a month, the little ladies of Crystal City Khaos spend some core training with Brian Jones at the MVP Baseball Facility in Elmira. He trains them on everything softball. Hard work will go a long way for these ladies... Thanks Brian for all your help!
