Bill Frink - Head Coach

Bill is a former collegiate baseball (Cobleskill D3) pitcher. In high school, Bill was a pitcher and played basketball averaging 19.3 ppg. During his high school years baseball powerhourse New Berlin Central went on to win mulitple Tri-Valley League, Section 4 and State championships. Bill eventually set a school record with 24 wins and 3 losses and finished his high school career as the starting pitcher in the Central New York exceptional Senior Game. Throughout college, Bill pitched in the Tigers starting rotation and will always be most proud of his collegiate .500 batting average. With the once a pitcher always a pitcher mentality, he gladly tells the story of going 1-2 with the second pitcher being "really, really good....and fast". In recent years, Bill has coached numerous divisions of youth softball in the Corning Cinderella organization including most recently the Corning 10U All Star Team during the summer of 2015. He is one of the co-founders of the Crystal City Khaos Softball team.

Bill currently resides in Corning, NY with his family where he is a Technical Operations Supervisor in Time Warner Cable's engineering department. He adores Penn State football, Syracuse basketball and is a proud supporter of the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.

Jamie Bigelow - Assistant Coach

Jamie, along with his better half, Kelli, has been active in supporting their daughters' Tanner and Lawson softball journeys. In addition to coaching the Khaos team, he also coaches his daughter's 10U team with the Corning Cinderella Softball League.

Larry Gleason - Hitting Conditioning Coach

Larry has been actively involved with the Elmira Heights Cinderella Softball League coaching his daughter. He provides the team with assistance in hitting and fielding techniques.

John Cole - Pitcher/Catcher Conditioning Coach

John has helped and coached his own daughter and teammates for the Lawrenceville Softball League. His expertise is in strength training and pitching techniques. He brings this wealth of knowledge to the Khaos team.

Kelli Bigelow - Team Manager / Co-Founder

Kelli is one of the co-founders of the Crystal City Khaos 10U softball team. She has been coaching softball since 2010. She has been an active member on the board of directors for the Corning Cinderella Softball League for over three years.

Tammy, along with husband, Bill and Kelli Bigelow, had the idea to form the new Crystal City Khaos 10U Softball Team. She has been involved with the Corning Cinderella Softball League for six years supporting her daughter's softball successes, serving on the board for the last three years. 

Denise Marie Olson - Webmaster

From a scientist of microscopy to sales and marketing to digital art guru, Denise, transforms ordinary to extraordinary. A professional photographer for over 8 years, Denise has helped the KHAOS team with their logo design concept and creation of a website/blog to help tell the story of the team. 

Denise is a former collegiate softball (Bethany College DIII) and volleyball player (University of Dubuque DIII). She was a pitcher and outfielder for both her high school and college teams. In volleyball she was an outside and middle hitter. After college, she began playing for the USVBA and other volleyball organizations in Pittsburgh, PA and Santa Clara, CA. Her career ended in 2004 with a shoulder injury. She has also played basketball and was a trackster. While living in Pittsburgh, she was coach for the Keystone Oaks HS Volleyball team. After competitive retirement, she coached for her daughter's T-ball softball team - the Pleasanton Phantoms, and locally coaches her daughter's Corning Cinderella 10U team.

She currently resides in Corning, NY with her family. She enjoys running, bowling, and playing golf. She loves Steeler football and is a fan of the Boston Red Sox. In addition to her photography business, she also helps out with Corning Cinderella Softball League and with the Frederick Carder Elementary yearbook.
